Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 cup milk dairy or dairy-free
  • 1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt or Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Load the blender: Add the strawberries, banana, frozen riced cauliflower, Greek yogurt, and milk into your blender.
  • Blend until smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is completely silky and vibrant pink with no visible cauliflower bits.
  • Check consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add a small splash of milk and pulse again until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Serve or Save: Serve immediately in a straw cup or pour into reusable pouches.
  • Freeze for later: If using pouches, seal them tightly and place them in the freezer. They are perfect for a grab-and-go snack—just thaw in the fridge or at room temperature for a bit before serving!
