Vanilla Mint Matcha Latte

Refreshing and energizing vanilla mint matcha latte is an easy creamy latte to add to your morning routine or have for an afternoon boost.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein
  • 1/4 tsp mint extract
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 2 tsp matcha powder

Instructions
 

Whisk option

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup hot water and matcha powder until it is smooth and lump free
  • Combine milk, vanilla protein, and mint extract and froth with a handheld frother or blend in a blender to froth
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour 3/4 of the frothed milk over top, pour matcha, and top with the rest of the milk

Blender Option:

  • Add milk, mint extract, vanilla protein, water, and matcha to a blender
  • Blend until combined and lump-free
  • Pour the blended latte over ice and enjoy
