Laura Live Well began as a recipe and wellness blog back when I was a special education teacher—seeking balance through healthy eating, meal prepping, movement, and meaningful routines while working to heal from years of disordered eating and a negative body image.
Life has shifted in the sweetest ways since then, but my heart for “living well” is stronger than ever. Now based in Colorado with my husband Aj, our baby daughter, and our dog Brody, I spend my days soaking up motherhood while working from home on this little corner of the internet.
