Hi ya’ll, I’m so glad you are here. I’m Laura the blogger, recipe developer, and content creator behind Laura Live Well.

The thing I am most passionate about in life is helping others find a balance to live a healthier happier life. I once rode on the diet rollercoaster. I remember going on my first diet at age 13 because that was what the magazines said to do, which spiraled into years of disorder eating and an all-or-nothing mindset.

I finally learned that healthy doesn’t have to be so hard and full of rules. I have always loved experimenting in the kitchen and learned that healthy food could taste great and help you feel amazing.

This is why I created Laura Live Well as a place where you can find simple balanced recipes that I eat in my day-to-day life as well as other health, wellness, and lifestyle tips.

I don’t follow a certain diet, but all of my recipes are easy to follow and require minimal ingredients. My hope is to inspire anyone who feels confused or stuck to start making nourishing recipes and create small habits to feel their best.

When I’m not in the kitchen creating recipes or working with clients you can find me hanging with my husband AJ and our dog Brody, practicing yoga or weightlifting, and soaking in the Colorado sunshine.
