- Almond butter: I always use smooth natural almond butter made with only almonds and salt
- Honey: use a mix of honey and coconut sugar to sweeten the batter

Fudgy Flourless Almond Butter Brownies
The best and easiest fudgy flourless almond butter brownies that will satisfy any chocolate craving.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 chopped chocolate almond bar (or use 1/2 c chocolate chips)
- flakey sea salt optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a mixing bowl add all ingredients except the chocolate and flakey sea salt
- Mix until all ingredients are combined
- Chop a chocolate bar (or use chocolate chips) and add to the batter leaving 1/4 out to add to the top
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and add the brownie batter
- Top the batter with the rest of the chocolate bar or chocolate chips
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Top with flakey sea salt when you remove the brownies from the oven
