Eat 20-30 grams of protein at every meal. You don’t have to become calorie-obsessed, just be aware of getting a good source of protein at each meal.
4. Sleep
Get 8 hours of sleep every night. Create a nightly routine so you are able to easily fall asleep and wake up rested.
