Growing up my dad drank orange juice every morning so I decided to create a nourishing orange juice that is filled with anti-inflammatory ingredients and plenty of juicy nutritious veggies.
I find making juice to be such a relaxing experience, and it is a great way to use up any veggies that are about to go bad in the fridge. I always include more veggies than fruit in my juices to keep the sugar down.

Ingredients
- 1 bundle of celery
- 1 peeled cucumber
- 5-6 medium carrots
- 1 peeled orange
- 2 peeled lemons
- 1 small piece of turmeric
- 1 small piece of ginger
Instructions
- Peel cucumber, lemons, and orange
- Add ingredients to juicer and juice
- Store in an airtight container
