Two-Ingredient Baby & Toddler Popsicles

These two-ingredient popsicles are the easiest summer snack for babies and toddlers. They’re creamy, nourishing, and perfect for hot days and teething.

These popsicles are my go-to summer snack for Callie—and they couldn’t be easier. Just two ingredients: a fruit smoothie pouch and plain whole milk Greek yogurt. That’s it.

They take less than five minutes to mix up, and once they’re frozen, they’re perfect for a snack on hot afternoons, teething relief, or a fun little treat. And I love that they’re made with real food—no added sugar, dyes, or ingredients I can’t pronounce.

Two-Ingredient Baby & Toddler Popsicles

You will love Two-Ingredient Baby & Toddler Popsicles because:

  • Only two ingredients—real fruit + whole milk yogurt
  • Freezer-friendly and toddler-approved
  • Great for teething or warm summer days
  • High in protein and probiotics
  • No blender or cleanup needed
  • Made with healthy real-food ingredients

Two-Ingredient Baby & Toddler Popsicles are made with:

  • Plain whole milk Greek yogurt: thick, creamy, and full of protein, healthy fat, and probiotics to support digestion and growth. I like using plain to skip the added sugar, plus the pouch adds all the flavor.
  • Fruit smoothie pouch: use any pouch your baby or toddler already loves. I look for ones with simple, whole ingredients—fruit, maybe a veggie, or some oats—and no added sugar. The smoothie texture blends perfectly into the yogurt for a soft, creamy popsicle.

My Favorite Baby and Toddler Popsicle Molds:

How to make Two-Ingredient Baby & Toddler Popsicles:

  • In a small bowl, mix equal parts Greek yogurt and fruit pouch.
  • Stir until well combined. You can swirl it for a marbled look or mix completely for a uniform blend.
  • Pour into popsicle molds or mini silicone molds. I love using tiny ones made just for baby hands.
  • Freeze for at least 3–4 hours or overnight.
  • Pop one out when your baby needs a snack or teething relief!

Substitutions:

  • Make it even easier by using only the pouch for a one-ingredient popsicle
  • Make it dairy-free using a coconut yogurt or another dairy-free brand
  • Don’t have a pouch? Blend yogurt with some fresh or frozen fruit, or make a smoothie and pour it in the molds

Recipe Tips:

  • Use silicone molds for easy removal and small portions for little hands
  • Let pops sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before serving for a softer bite
  • Use dairy-free plain yogurt if your little one is sensitive to dairy products
  • Add a spoonful of nut butter if your toddler needs a heartier snack

Taste and Texture:

These popsicles are cool and creamy with a naturally sweet, fruity flavor. The yogurt makes them smooth and satisfying. Depending on the pouch flavor you use, each one can taste totally different—berry, banana, mango, or whatever is your little ones favorite.

Serve and Store:

Serve frozen as a midday snack, teething relief, or even a fun breakfast treat on hot days.

Store popsicles right in the mold or pop them out and keep them in a freezer-safe bag or container. They’ll stay good in the freezer for up to 1 month (but in our house, they’re gone way before that!).
