Iced Raspberry Matcha Latte

I love a pretty latte and this iced raspberry matcha latte is the perfect sweet and creamy pick-me-up.

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 tsp matcha
  • 1/4 cup hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup raspberries (I used frozen raspberries)
  • maple syrup (to your taste 1/2-1 tbsp)
  • 1 scooop collagen peptides (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Sift matcha into a small bowl
  • Add hot water to the matcha and whisk together to mix
  • In a blender add milk, raspberries, maple syrup, and collagen (optional)
  • Blend until well combined then strain the raspberry milk to get rid of any seeds
  • Add ice to a cup
  • Pour in the raspberry milk, top with matcha, and enjoy
