This latte is a creamy fusion of sweet and tangy raspberries with the earthy notes of matcha. It is simple and quick to make at home so you can enjoy a pretty pick-me-up without leaving the house. Iced raspberry matcha latte is dairy-free, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free.

Iced Raspberry Matcha Latte

How to make Iced Raspberry Matcha Latte:

  • Sift matcha into a small bowl
  • Add hot water to the matcha and whisk together to mix
  • In a blender add milk, raspberries, maple syrup, and collagen (optional)
  • Blend until well combined then strain the raspberry milk to get rid of any seeds
  • Add ice to a cup
  • Pour in the raspberry milk, top with matcha, and enjoy immediately

Substitutions:

  • Swap maple syrup with your favorite sweetener
  • Substitute maple syrup with one tablespoon of vanilla protein for sweetness and a little extra boost of protein
  • Instead of maple syrup, you can use a little less milk and add your favorite creamer to the raspberry milk for extra creaminess and sweetness

Recipe Tips:

  • I used frozen raspberries but you could use fresh raspberries as well

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup raspberries (I used frozen raspberries)
  • maple syrup (to your taste 1/2-1 tbsp)
  • 1 scooop collagen peptides (optional)

Instructions
