Iced Raspberry Matcha Latte
I love a pretty latte and this iced raspberry matcha latte is the perfect sweet and creamy pick-me-up.

Ingredients
1-2
tsp
matcha
1/4
cup
hot water (not boiling)
1
cup
milk
1/4
cup
raspberries
(I used frozen raspberries)
maple syrup
(to your taste 1/2-1 tbsp)
1
scooop
collagen peptides
(optional)
Instructions
Sift matcha into a small bowl
Add hot water to the matcha and whisk together to mix
In a blender add milk, raspberries, maple syrup, and collagen (optional)
Blend until well combined then strain the raspberry milk to get rid of any seeds
Add ice to a cup
Pour in the raspberry milk, top with matcha, and enjoy
