1cupshredded mozzarella cheese (dairy-free if needed)
Instructions
Cook cauliflower gnocchi in the air-fryer, stove, or oven until crispy (use whichever method you prefer)
I typically roast or air-fry the cauliflower gnocchi (425 for 15-20 minutes then flip and cook another 15-20 minutes till golden in the oven or air fryer for about 15-20 minutes flipping halfway through)
Heat a skillet to medium
Add onions and garlic to skillet and cook until onions get soft
Next, add your ground turkey or beef to the skillet and cook until no longer pink
Pour in your marinara sauce and stir to combine
Cover and let simmer on medium-low for a few minutes
When gnocchi is done cooking add to skillet and mix to combine
Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and let melt
Serve and enjoy!
