Autumn Sheet Pan Meal
Autumn sheet pan meal makes cooking and clean-up easy and this healthy meal is filled with fall flavors and colors for a nourishing meal.
- 1 lb brussel sprouts halved
- 1 small butternut squash peeled and chopped
- 1/2 sweet onion or red onion finely diced
- 1 pack of chicken sausage
- 1 apple diced
- 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
- salt, pepper, and garlic powder to your taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Chop veggies and apple
Slice chicken sausage into rounds
Add brussels, butternut, onion, apple, and sausage to a large sheet pan
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with spices
Toss together and bake at 400 for 18-22 minutes
