Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts halved
  • 1 small butternut squash peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 sweet onion finely diced
  • 1 pack of chicken sausage
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • salt, pepper, and garlic powder to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Chop the veggies and the apple
  • Slice chicken sausage into rounds
  • Add brussels, butternut, onion, apple, and sausage to a large sheet pan
  • Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with spices
  • Toss together and cook for 15 minutes, remove the pan and toss, then return to the oven and continue to roast until veggies are tender (about 15-20 minutes)
  • Serve and enjoy
