Easy Healthy Balsamic Chicken
Balsamic chicken is an easy and healthy weeknight meal that will spice up your chicken whether you cook it on the stove, grill it, bake it, or air-fry it!

1 1/2 1lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp coconut aminos 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder
Wisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, coconut aminos, garlic powder, and onion powder in a dish
Add the chicken and let minute for at least 30 minutes or a couple of hours
Cook on the stove on medium-high for around 6 minutes per side
Chicken can also be grilled, air-fried, or baked in the oven at 425 for about 22-25 minutes
