Gingerbread Chia Pudding
This healthy make-ahead
chia pudding is filled with warm spices and tastes like a gingerbread cookie.

chia seeds

tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
allspice
1/4
tsp
ground ginger
1
tsp
molasses
1
scoop
brainMD vanilla protein
1
tbsp
almond butter
optional
3/4-1
cup
milk
Instructions
Add chia seeds, spices, brain MD vanilla protein, molasses, and milk to a jar or bowl and mix to combine
Add the container to the fridge and mix again after 5 minutes
Let chia pudding thicken for an hour or overnight
Top with your favorites such as fruit, yogurt, whip cream, cacao nibs, nuts or seeds
