Gingerbread Cookie Dough Bites
These no-bake gingerbread chocolate chip cookie dough bites are the perfect healthy dessert or snack. Quick and easy to make they take are made with coconut flour to keep them grain-free and gluten-free.
1 cup cashew butter 1/4 cup blackstrap molasses 5 tbsp coconut flour 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp allspice 1/2 tsp salt mini chocolate chips
Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a mixing bowl
Mix with a spoon to combine until it forms a dough
Let the dough sit for a few moments to thicken
Stir in chocolate chips
Scoop with a cookie dough scoop to form balls or roll into balls
