Gingerbread Protein Smoothie
This healthy gingerbread smoothie is creamy, packed with protein, nutrients, and tastes like your favorite holiday cookie.
- 1 cup milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp blackstrap molasses
- 1-2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 frozen banana sliced
- 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- ice or water as needed
Add ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding ice or more liquid if needed.
Top with extra cinnamon, whipped cream, or cacao nibs and enjoy!
