Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp blackstrap molasses
  • 1-2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 frozen banana sliced
  • 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • ice or water as needed

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, adding ice or more liquid if needed.
  • Top with extra cinnamon, whipped cream, or cacao nibs and enjoy!
