Glowing Green Protein Smoothie

This green protein smoothie is packed with nourishing ingredients to help you glow from the inside out and makes the perfect healthy breakfast or post-workout snack. It is vegan, gluten-free, and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup canned light coconut milk
  • 1/2-1 cup water
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (or just use 1 scoop of vanilla protein and omit)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina (optional)
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add all ingredients in the order listed then blend until smooth and creamy, adding water or ice as needed to get the desired consistency
  • Enjoy as is or add toppings
