(I like to use coconut or cashew)

frozen banana

cup
frozen cauliflower rice
1/2-1
tsp
turmeric
1/4
tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
ginger
1
scoop
vanilla protein
1
scoop
collagen peptides (optional)
1
tbsp
almond butter
1
pinch
of black pepper to activate turmeric
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth and creamy adding water as needed
