Golden Milk Protein Smoothie

Everything you love about golden milk whipped into one creamy delicious protein smoothie for a quick and healthy breakfast or snack that is filled with nutrients and vitamins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk (I like to use coconut or cashew)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2-1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 pinch of black pepper to activate turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth and creamy adding water as needed
