Recipe Tips:

  • Depending on your taste preference you might like less or more turmeric, I suggest trying 1/2 teaspoon and adding more to your taste
  • I buy frozen riced cauliflower to keep on hand for smoothies
  • You can swap frozen riced cauliflower for frozen zucchini slices

  • Top smoothie with your favorites. I added a little coconut yogurt to the glass and topped it with a little granola and cacao nibs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk (I like to use coconut or cashew)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2-1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 pinch of black pepper to activate turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth and creamy adding water as needed
