Healthy Candied Sweet and Sour Grapes
Satisfy your sweet tooth—without the sugar rush—with these healthy sour patch candied grape snacks. Frozen grapes coated in lime juice and sweetener make a perfect 3‑ingredient treat!
3 cups green grapes 2 limes juiced 1/4 cup monk fruit or sugar 1-3 tsp 1-3 citric acid* optional but adds sour flavor
Wash and dry green grapes
Add grapes to a bowl and squeeze the lime juice over grapes
Stir and sit in the fridge for at least 10 minutes to let the grapes absorb the lime juice
In a bowl mix the sugar or monk fruit with the optional citric acid (if using)
Toss the grapes in the sweet mixture and place on a parchment-lined baking tray in a single-layer
Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours or until completely frozen
Enjoy and store grapes in an air-tight container or baggie and store in the freezer
