Mango Matcha Latte
Treat yourself to an iced mango matcha latte for a fun tropical drink that is beautiful, refreshing, and fruity.
- 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen mango (about one small mango)
- 1-2 tsp matcha powder
- 1/4 c hot water
- 1 cup milk
- 1-2 tbsp vanilla protein (or substitute maple syrup or sweetener to your taste)
If you are using frozen mango set it out until soft or you can warm it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften
Add mango to a blender and blend until smooth (may need to add a splash of water to get desired consistency)
Sift matcha into a small bowl, add hot water, and whisk together
Mix vanilla protein or sweetener and milk using a frother or blender to make vanilla milk
Fill glass with mango puree, add ice, top with 3/4 of vanilla milk, pour in matcha, then top with the rest of your milk and enjoy
