Recipe Tips:

Mango Matcha Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen mango (about one small mango)
  • 1-2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 c hot water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein

Instructions
 

  • If you are using frozen mango set it out until soft or you can warm it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften
  • Add mango to a blender and blend until smooth (may need to add a splash of water to get desired consistency)
  • Sift matcha into a small bowl, add hot water, and whisk together
  • Mix vanilla protein and milk using a frother or blender to make vanilla milk
  • Fill glass with mango puree, add ice, top with 3/4 of vanilla milk, pour in matcha, then top with the rest of your milk and enjoy
