Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Protein Bars
These no-bake peanut butter cookie dough bars are filled with healthy fats, fiber, and protein to satisfy you while tasting like peanut butter cup cookie dough.

1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup vanilla protein 6 tbsp coconut flour 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp salt 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a mixing bowl
Mix with a spoon to combine until it forms a dough
Stir in chocolate chips leaving a few to put on top
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
Spread dough evenly in loaf pan and add the rest of the chocolate chips
Freeze and then slice into bars
Store in the freezer and enjoy!
