Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cup Protein Smoothie
A rich creamy protein smoothie that tastes like a pumpkin Reese’s cup. Pumpkin peanut butter cup smoothie is vegan, high-protein, and has a double dose of veggies all whipped into a sweet and healthy meal.

1 cup milk 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter 1/2 serving vanilla or chocolate protein 1 tbsp peanut butter 1 tbsp cacao powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (can use frozen or fresh, you will need more liquid if frozen and less if fresh) 1 frozen banana (frozen when still slightly green or just yellow) 2/3 cup frozen riced califlower cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips for topping water or ice as needed
Add ingredients to a high-speed blender except the cacao nibs
Blend until smooth and creamy adding ice or more liquid if needed
Top with cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips
