Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1/2 serving vanilla or chocolate protein
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (can use frozen or fresh, you will need more liquid if frozen and less if fresh)
  • 1 frozen banana (frozen when still slightly green or just yellow)
  • 2/3 cup frozen riced califlower
  • cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips for topping
  • water or ice as needed

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a high-speed blender except the cacao nibs
  • Blend until smooth and creamy adding ice or more liquid if needed
  • Top with cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips
