1/4cupmilk
Instructions
Chop strawberries
Add frozen riced cauliflower, 1/2 of the strawberries, chia seeds, coconut flour, vanilla extract, salt, and milk to a small saucepan
Cook on medium until warm, thick, and creamy (about 5-10 minutes) Often it will look like it needs more liquid but the frozen cauliflower will melt and make the perfect texture
Add to a bowl, top with remaining strawberries, nuts or nut butter, and a splash of milk or cream
