Vanilla Peppermint Matcha Latte

milk

vanilla protein

peppermint extract

matcha powder
1/4

hot water
Instructions
Whisk option
In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup hot water and matcha powder until it is smooth and lump free
Combine milk, vanilla protein, and peppermint extract and froth with a handheld frother or blend in a blender to froth
Fill a glass with ice and pour 3/4 of the frothed milk over top, pour matcha, and top with the rest of the milk
Blender option
Add milk, peppermint extract, vanilla protein, water, and matcha to a blender
Blend until combined and lump-free
