Vegan Flourless Peanut Butter Blondies
This flourless, peanut butter blondie recipe has only six simple ingredients. This treat is unbelievably decadent even though it's made with healthy, real-food ingredients.

peanut butter
the natural kind made with only peanuts and salt

tbsp
honey
2
scoops
collagen peptides
1/4
cup
peanut flour
2
tbsp
flaxseed
6
tbsp
water
1/2
tsp
baking soda
chocolate chips

brand or Trader Joe’s Completely Cacao chips
Instructions
Make 2 flax eggs by mixing 2 tbsp of ground flaxseed with 6 tbsp of water in a bowl, then let sit in the fridge for about 15 minutes to thicken up.
Preheat the oven to 350° and line a 9 x 5 in baking pan with parchment paper.
Measure out 1 cup peanut butter and microwave for about 45 seconds to soften.
Stir in honey, peanut flour, collagen peptides, baking soda, and flax eggs.
Pour into baking pan and dot the top with chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool, slice, and DON’T give all the vegan blondies away!
