Chocolate Blueberry Froyo Clusters are made with:
- Frozen or fresh blueberries: I love to use frozen blueberries to keep it simple
- Plain yogurt: for the froyo I use plain vegan yogurt but if you are not dairy-free any plain yogurt will work
- Vanilla protein powder: Gives the frozen yogurt a vanilla flavor and makes these treats high in protein
- Chocolate chips: I used dairy-free chocolate chips but any chocolate chips will work
- Coconut oil: just a little to make the melted chocolate smooth and creamy
- Peanut butter: to make these have a little Reees’s flavor, but you can substitute any nut butter of choice, or leave it out if desired
- Sea salt: optional to bring a little sweet and salty flavor
Recipe Tips:
- I used frozen blueberries, but fresh blueberries will work as well
- Use plain yogurt that is vegan for a dairy-free version
- Don’t have blueberries? Any fruit would work, try chopped strawberries, oranges, or bananas
- I added peanut butter to the chocolate, but you can keep them nut-free by using sunflower seed butter or omitting
- Keep this recipe vegan and dairy-free by using vegan chocolate, otherwise, you can use any chocolate chips you have on hand
