My husband only likes white chocolate, so I made these for his birthday week (Yes, we celebrate all week long around here). These protein bites are gluten-free and can be made vegan with a few, easy substitutions. You will love these peanut butter, white chocolate protein bites as a healthy snack or just something to satisfy your sweet tooth. These high-protein snacks only use a few ingredients and just one bowl to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter  (the natural kind with only peanuts and salt)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup collagen peptides or 4 scoops
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips* —or as many as your heart desires

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 cup peanut butter to mixing bowl and heat up in the microwave for 30-60 seconds, if needed, until it can be stirred easily.
  • Mix in 1/4 cup honey.
  • Add 1/2 cup collagen peptides and 1/4 cup coconut flour and stir thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle in white chocolate chips.
  • Roll into balls and freeze.
