- Coconut oil: just a little to make the melted chocolate smooth and creamy
- Banana: you will need one ripe banana for this recipe
- Almond butter: I use almond butter made with only almonds and salt
- BrainMD Brain Boost Plant-Based Protein Bar: a chocolate almond protein bar made with plant-based protein, healthy prebiotic fibers, no added sugar, and 12 grams of protein

Recipe Tips:
- I used silicone muffin liners to make this recipe easy to make with minimal cleanup
- Make them more bite size with mini-silicone muffin liners and cut the protein bar into smaller pieces
- Adding coconut oil to the chocolate isn’t necessary, it can help to soften the frozen chocolate and keep it from crumbling apart.
- These freezer cups can be stored in the freezer for up to 1-2 months
