  • Almond butter: I use almond butter made with only almonds and salt

  • I used silicone muffin liners to make this recipe easy to make with minimal cleanup
  • Make them more bite size with mini-silicone muffin liners and cut the protein bar into smaller pieces
  • Adding coconut oil to the chocolate isn’t necessary, it can help to soften the frozen chocolate and keep it from crumbling apart.
  • These freezer cups can be stored in the freezer for up to 1-2 months

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil
  • Add a thin layer of chocolate in silicone muffin cups and freeze to harden for about 10 minutes

  • Slice banana
  • Layer almond butter, banana, slices, and protein bar square on top of chocolate,
  • Press protein bars down
  • Top with more melted chocolate
  • Freeze until hard and enjoy!
