Chocolate Berry Hormone-Balancing Smoothie
This chocolate berry hormone-balancing smoothie supports your hormone health and balances blood sugar to give you vibrant energy. It is full of flavor, so you actually enjoy incorporating it into your daily routine.
I love smoothies for breakfast because they can be so nutrient-dense. However, many store-bought smoothies are loaded with sugar. I teach my clients to start their day with a breakfast that shuts off their hunger hormones and keeps them satisfied ’til lunch. I created this smoothie to help balance my hormones and maintain steady blood sugar so I don’t crash and crave snacks. This smoothie is packed with protein, healthy fats, and fiber to stabilize your blood sugar and provide you with lasting energy.
You will love Chocolate Berry Hormone-Balancing Smoothie because:
- Compatible with seed cycling
- Balances essential hormones
- Supports healthy blood pressure
- Keeps you full until lunch
- Vegan and dairy-free
Chocolate Berry Hormone-Balancing Smoothie is made with:
- Maca powder: increases libido and energy, supports healthy blood pressure, and improves skin health
- Blueberry: low glycemic index, high in vitamin c, boosts immunity, and reduces inflammation
- Spirulina: high vitamin content, antioxidant, and inflammation-fighting properties
- Spinach: improves skin and hair health, aids in digestion, and can reduce inflammation
- Zucchini: high in vitamin A and vitamin C, and can aid in digestion
Recipe Tips:
- *For seed cycling, day 1-14 is pumpkin and flaxseed while day 15-28 is sesame and sunflower seeds
