Sweet-and-Spicy Mango Salsa
Easy sweet-and-spicy mango salsa is made with only 5 ingredients and is so fresh, delicious, and great for dipping, topping, and scooping!
Ingredients
- 4 ataulafo mangos
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 1-2 jalapeños finely diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 2 limes juiced
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Peel mangos and chop them into small cubes.
- Peel and dice 1/2 red onion.
- Cut jalapeño in half, remove the seeds, and finely dice the jalapeño.
- Remove cilantro leaves from the stem and chop using a knife or veggie scissors.
- Add mango, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to a bowl. Juice the limes into the bowl and add salt.
- Mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
- Enjoy!
