- Mangos: fresh, ripe mangos. I like the yellow mangos (ataulfo), but red mangos work as well
- Red onion: red onions are the best for salsa
- Jalapeño: add one to two jalapeños depending on your preference for spice
- Cilantro: fresh cilantro finely chopped
- Limes: juice from two limes makes the salsa tangy
- Salt: I use sea salt to make the flavors pop
Recipe Tips:
- Add 1-2 jalapeños according to your spice preference.
- Stays fresh in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days
- Feel free to add in black beans, garlic, bell peppers, or tomatoes
- Can use red mangos in place of yellow mangos
- Serve with chips, as a taco topper, on a buddha bowl, in salads, on top of seafood, or as a salad
