Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter powder
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
- Add in eggs, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla and whisk together.
- Next, add in the almond flour, peanut butter powder, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix ingredients until combined.
- Line 9 muffin tins or spray with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
