PB&J Air-Fried Banana Split

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
- 3 diced strawberries
- 2-3 tbsp coconut whip cream
- sprinkles
Instructions
- Slice banana lengthwise making sure to not cut through the bottom peel
- Slightly open the banana to form a pocket
- Spread peanut butter in the middle of banana slices
- Top peanut butter with diced strawberries
- Air-fry in an air-fryer at 400 degrees for 5-12 minutes until the banana has blackened and the middle becomes melty and caramelized (cooking time varies with different types of air fryers)
- Top with vegan coconut whip cream and optional sprinkles
