Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 3 diced strawberries
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut whip cream
  • sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Slice banana lengthwise making sure to not cut through the bottom peel
  • Slightly open the banana to form a pocket
  • Spread peanut butter in the middle of banana slices
  • Top peanut butter with diced strawberries
  • Air-fry in an air-fryer at 400 degrees for 5-12 minutes  until the banana has blackened and the middle becomes melty and caramelized (cooking time varies with different types of air fryers)
  • Top with vegan coconut whip cream and optional sprinkles
