- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix pumpkin puree, protein, peanut butter powder, and spices
- Drizzle peanut butter on top and sprinkle with more cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- Serve with apples, fruit, or crackers
