Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl mix pumpkin puree, protein, peanut butter powder, and spices
  • Drizzle peanut butter on top and sprinkle with more cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • Serve with apples, fruit, or crackers
