Peanut Butter White Chocolate Collagen Bites
Peanut butter, white chocolate chip collagen bites are packed with protein and are a delicious, healthy treat to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter (the natural kind with only peanuts and salt)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup collagen peptides or 4 scoops
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp white chocolate chips* —or as many as your heart desires
Instructions
- Add 1 cup peanut butter to mixing bowl and heat up in the microwave for 30-60 seconds, if needed, until it can be stirred easily.
- Mix in 1/4 cup honey.
- Add 1/2 cup collagen peptides and 1/4 cup coconut flour and stir thoroughly.
- Sprinkle in white chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls and freeze.
