Pumpkin Frozen Yogurt Bites
Pumpkin frozen yogurt bites are the perfect high-protein snack to use up your can of pumpkin. These bites have a hard chocolate outer shell and are filled with creamy high-protein pumpkin yogurt.
A no-bake treat to use up that can of pumpkin. This is a fall twist on frozen yogurt bites that were one of my favorite treats to keep on hand this summer. These pumpkin frozen yogurt bites are easy to make, made with simple ingredients, are high-protein, gluten-free, and can easily be made vegan.

- Pumpkin: use up your leftover canned pumpkin in this easy recipe
- Plain yogurt: for the frozen yogurt use any plain yogurt, make it vegan by using a dairy-free yogurt
- Vanilla protein powder: Gives the frozen yogurt a vanilla flavor and makes these treats high in protein
- Chocolate chips: I used dairy-free chocolate chips but any chocolate chips will work
- Coconut oil: just a little to make the melted chocolate smooth and creamy
- Peanut butter: to make these have a little Reees’s flavor, but you can substitute any nut butter of choice
- Sea salt: optional to bring a little sweet and salty flavor
Recipe Tips:
- Store in the freezer and let thaw for a few minutes before eating for a frozen yogurt bite, or store in the fridge for a smooth and creamy yogurt bite
- Use plain yogurt that is vegan for a dairy-free version
- I used peanut butter but you can make them nut-free by using sunflower seed butter or switch up the flavor and use your favorite nut butter like almond or cashew
- Keep this recipe vegan and dairy-free by using vegan chocolate, otherwise, you can use any chocolate chips you have on hand

Pumpkin Frozen Yogurt Bites
Pumpkin frozen yogurt bites are the perfect high protein snack to use up your can of pumpkin. These bites have a hard chocolate outer shell and are filled with a creamy high-protein pumpkin yogurt.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or a thick vegan yogurt)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 2 scoops vanilla protein
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil (melted)
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, pumpkin, nut butter, vanilla, protein, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl
- Drop by spoonfuls onto a lined cookie sheet and place in the freezer until frozen (around 2-3 hours)
- Melt the chocolate with coconut oil
- Dip each bite into the chocolate and return to the freezer for another 20 minutes
- Store in the freezer and let thaw for a few minutes before eating for a frozen yogurt bite, or store in the fridge for a smooth and creamy yogurt bite
