White Chocolate Matcha Protein Bites are made with:

- Coconut flour: a gluten-free high-fiber flour with a low glycemic index
- Vanilla Protein: adds a healthy source of protein
- Matcha powder: high in antioxidants, amino acids, and minerals that provide health benefits including energy, enhanced weight loss, detoxification, and reduced stress
- Maple syrup: add sweetness to the recipe
- White chocolate chips: I like to use mini white chocolate chips
How to make White Chocolate Matcha Protein Bites:
- White chocolate matcha protein bites are made in one bowl
- Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips and stir to form a dough
- Add in white chocolate chips to your desire (I like the mini chocolate chips) and stir to combine
- Roll into balls or use a cookie dough scoop
- Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy!
Substitutions:
- Swap maple syrup for honey
- If you don’t have coconut flour you can use almond or oat flour, but will need to adjust that amount. Start slow with three tablespoons but it could need up to six to get the right texture.
- If you don’t like white chocolate use dark chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips
Recipe Tips:
- I love to use mini chocolate chips to make sure they are evenly distributed throughout the bites
- I always use a cookie dough scoop to make evenly sized-protein bites
- To get the bright green color use a ceremonial grade matcha powder which makes for the best taste as well
- Instead of adding chocolate chips to the dough, you can also roll the matcha protein bites into balls and then dip them in melted chocolate for a truffle-like treat
