Sweet and Spicy Salmon Roll Bowl
This quick and easy sweet and spicy salmon roll bowl comes together in under 30 minutes making it a perfect weeknight meal!

Spicy Mayo
- 3 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tsp coconut aminos
Prep your salmon and cook your salmon. I made air-fried maple sriracha salmon, but you can prepare salmon any way you like or use leftover salmon Make mango salsa or use a store-bought version. You can also peel and chop up mangos and forgo making the salsa Saute frozen cauliflower rice on the stove on medium with salt and pepper until cooked
Steam or cook edamame as directed on the package
Add cauliflower rice, edamame, salmon, and mango salsa to a bowl
Add 1/4-1/2 avocado to each bowl
Top with spicy mayo, coconut aminos, or sriracha to your taste
