Air-Fried Breakfast Peaches
Air-fried breakfast peaches for a healthy protein-packed breakfast that taste like dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 peach
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (greek or vegan)
- 1/2-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp granola
- 1-2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- sprinkle of cinnamon
Optional toppings:
- nuts, seeds, nut butter, granola, hemp seeds, blueberries, and cinnamon
Instructions
- Slice the peach in half and remove the pit
- Sprinkle cinnamon onto the peach
- Air fry the peach until it starts to get caramelized 5-10 minutes (cooking time varies with different types of air fryers)
- While peach is cooking mix plain yogurt with vanilla protein
- Top peach with yogurt, granola, walnuts, and cinnamon or toppings of your choice
