Recipe Tips:

  • I prefer sourdough but feel free to use your favorite type of bread
  • Use a plain thick yogurt that is not fat-free
  • I like walnuts but you can easily substitute for pecans or a drizzle of nut butter
  • Hemp seeds are optional but add extra protein, fiber, and omega 3’s
  • I don’t peel my peaches, but you can easily peel peaches with a vegetable peeler if you like
  • If your yogurt is not thick and creamy mix it with a few chia seeds to thicken it up

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice of bread (I use sourdough)
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt (greek or vegan) don’t use fat-free
  • 1/2 sliced peach
  • 1 tbs chopped walnuts
  • drizzle of honey
  • 1/2 tbsp hemp hearts (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread to desired crispness
  • Spread yogurt on toast
  • Add sliced peaches
  • Sprinkle with walnuts
  • Drizzle honey
  • Sprinkle on hemp hearts and enjoy!
