Burger Salad with Special Sauce is made with:

Burger Salad with Special Sauce
Burger and fries salad with special sauce combine grilling with a light crunchy salad for a healthy meal the whole family will love!
Ingredients
Burger Salad
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 2 large sweet poatoes
- 1 red onion I use this recipe to make pickled red onions
- 1/4 c pickles
Special Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp pickles juice
Instructions
- Form your burgers and set aside
- Chop sweet potatoes and lightly coat with avocado oil, salt, and pepper
- Cook sweet potatoes in the air-fryer or oven at 425 until crispy
- Grill or cook burgers on the stove
- Chop romaine, tomatoes, and pickles
- Add mayo, ketchup, mustard, and pickle in a small dish or jar and whisk together to combine
- Add lettuce to a bowl or plate top with sweet potatoes, tomatoes, pickled onions, pickles, burger, and drizzle on the special sauce
