Cinnamon Pecan Air Fried Peaches

A healthy sugar-free, gluten-free, and vegan dessert made with fresh peaches in the air fryer. Juicy and sweet peaches air fried with cinnamon pecan crumble topping that is a simple summer dessert.  


While most people think to grill peaches the air fryer does an amazing job at grilling fruits and is even easier than grilling in my opinion.

I love simple recipes and this one has minimal ingredients and no sugar. Head to your local farmers market and pick up some fresh peaches and pair them with a scoop of ice cream or whip cream for a healthy sweet treat.

Cinnamon Peach Air Fried Peaches

Ingredients
  

  • 4 peaches
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • coconut whip cream or ice cream (dairy-free if needed)

Instructions
 

  • Cut peaches in half
  • Remove seed from peaches
  • Melt the coconut oil
  • Spread melted coconut oil on inside of peaches
  • Top peaches with chopped pecans and cinnamon
  • Air fry at 350 for 8-10 minutes (air-frying time varies with type of air-fryer)
  • Top with whip cream or ice cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon
