How to make Easy Tangerine Sorbet:
- Peel & Freeze – Peel the tangerines, remove any seeds, and place the segments on a lined baking sheet. Freeze them for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Blend – Once fully frozen, add the tangerine segments to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, scrape down the sides and blend again until the sorbet texture forms.

Ingredients
Tangerine Sorbet
- 2-3 cups frozen seedless peeled mandarin oranges slices (I used 8-9 cuties)
- 1/4 coconut milk (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Toppings:
- melted chocolate chips
- sea salt
Instructions
- Peel mandarin oranges
- Add peeled mandarin orange segments to a baking sheet and freeze
- Once the tangerine segments are frozen add them to a food processor and pulse for a few minutes to break them up
- The texture will be dry at first but keep blending, scraping down the sides, and it will get creamier
- If needed you can add a 1/4 cup or so of coconut milk to get it going, but this is optional
- If you want a sweeter sorbet add maple syrup or honey
- Once your sorbet is creamy add it to a bowl to serve
- I like to top it with melted chocolate and sea salt
