Easy Watermelon Sorbet is made with:
- Watermelon: you will want to use a seedless watermelon to make it easy, and make sure your watermelon is ripe and sweet for tasty sorbet

- I made this sorbet in the food processor, but a high-powered blender may work as well

Easy Watermelon Sorbet
Make this easy watermelon sorbet for a fast and healthy summer dessert that so refreshing, sweet, and fruity!
Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed frozen watermelon
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 lime juiced (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp honey or sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Cube a seedless watermelon
- Place in a single row on a lined baking tray and freeze for a few hours or overnight
- Once watermelon is frozen add to a food processor with coconut milk and blend on high (you can add optional sweetener or lime juice at this time as well)
- Scrap down the sides occasionally and blend until a smooth consistency, this can take 5-6 minutes
- Enjoy immediately or store in a freezer-safe container and let thaw out before serving
